US Appeals Court Denies Ex-Trump Adviser Flynn’s Bid for Immediate Halt To Criminal Case

A U.S. appeals court on Monday denied a bid by Michael Flynn, President Donald Trump’s former national security adviser, to immediately end the long-running criminal case against him.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, rehearing an earlier decision by three of its judges, denied Flynn’s request for an emergency order directing the judge hearing the case to grant the Department of Justice’s request for dismissal.

  1. Obvious demonstration of when too much power is given to the wrong people……who only intend to use it for their own gains!

  2. Hate is a bad thing. Its all the democrats have or can offer. It just shows what can happen when people go after you and want to ruin your career and your life just to make a political opponent look bad.

  3. Idiot. You obviously have overlooked the massive amount of lawbreaking that occurred during the Kenyan Fraud’s tenure: Hillary’s crimes, the FBI’s crimes, Brennan’s Crimes, Comey’s crimes, etc., and so far they have all skated.

  4. Apparently the court did not get the memo. Law and Order applies only to non-Trumpers. Flynn plead guilty twice before Trumpers decided it wasn’t a crime if he lied to the FBI if they knew the answer to the question before they asked.
